Health

As intellectuals we know our readers care about what you eat. And we all want to know the latest information on fitness and making good choices that support your mind and your body. We decided that is was important to us at Gnorml to include a department about general health so that we could keep ourselves from falling into the trap that so often captures the 80%.
America is a country of convenience and our bodies bear witness to the negative results of such a lifestyle. For mainstream America there just isn’t enough information to counteract the massive presence of fast food, bulk shopping, and convenience stores. And because negative options are so prevalent, we felt like a department that reminds us about the right choices and informs us on the latest in studies on brain development, diet, and fitness would be a perfect fit.
